Douglas County Health Department has reviewed the COVID-19 Protocols for the Omaha Marathon that will take place on September 20, 2020 and has approved the Large Event Application. All participants and spectators should become familiar with the complete set of Protocols that are located HERE.
Our plans include the following:
- Temperature screening
- Health questionnaire
- Face covering
- Physical distancing
- Remote spectator viewing areas
- Multiple hand sanitizer stations
- Rigorous disinfecting schedule
- Elimination of awards ceremony
CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event that the race must be cancelled, you will be given the option of transferring to the race scheduled for September 19, 2021 or receiving a refund of your registration fee.
